
The National Union of Libyan Workers called on Libyans to work on achieving national reconciliation and unity.
In a statement released on the occasion of International Workers’ Day on Sunday, the union urged wise Libyan people to seek the repatriation of refugees who fled war-torn areas.
Meanwhile, the Libyan body expressed sorrow over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the north African country in light of conflicts that plagued the country.
The International Workers’ Day, widely known as Labour Day, falls on May 1st every year.
