Bahrain has condemned the terrorist bombing in the Nahrawan area of Baghdad in brotherly Iraq, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of people.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement Bahrain's solidarity with Iraq in combating terrorism in all its forms.
"The ministry expresses its deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes those injured a speedy recovery," the statement said. "The ministry also reiterates Bahrain's firm rejection of all acts of violence, extremism and terrorism and calls for concerted international efforts to eliminate the scourge of terrorism."
