The Libyan Airlines announced re-operating flights from Tripoli to the Tunisian city of Djerba after a six-year hiatus.
The flights will be resumed as of Thursday, the LA media office said on its website Tuesday.
The weekly flights would be on Sundays and Thursdays, the office said.

A former Libyan Airlines' official and CEO of Tripoli international airport was kidnapped by armed men in southern Tripoli.
According to Cairo-based Al Wasat portal, Captain Fathi Al Shatti was kidnapped yesterday by unknown gunmen, a source from his family said.
