Singer Kelly Rowland dazzled in a black and white embroidered dress by Lebanese designer George Charka, at the 2011 BET Music Awards. The dress, from the Charka's 2010 Fall Edition collection, was an ideal cut for the singer
and showed off Rowland's fabulous figure.
She pulled off the short length perfectly, complementing it with sequined shoes by Jimmy Choo.
Her trademark fringe and a dark brown lipstick made Kelly a true style star of the evening.
