Former ShortList Media beauty director joins Refinery29 UK

 Refinery29, the leading digital media company for women, today announced the expansion of its sales team with the appointment of sales & partnerships director Jessica Pennington, former beauty director at ShortList Media. Jessica joins a growing Refinery29 UK team of 25 people with a mission to cultivate their industry-leading partnerships across social, video and experiential platforms.

Based in the company’s international HQ in London, Jessica will be working with Refinery29 UK’s in-house editorial and social teams to deliver deep audience insights, multi-platform collaborations and performance to clients, with a strong focus on beauty category growth and revenue. She will report into Vice President Sales & Partnerships for Europe Jacqui Kavanagh, formerly of VICE and Condé Nast.
