Late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Purebred Arabian Horse Beauty Championship Commences

Under the patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Honourary President of Bahrain Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), and in the presence of HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), President of BREEF, the eight Edition of the late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Purebred Arabian Horse Beauty Championship commenced on Friday. Organised by BREEF, the two-day event is taking place at Bahrain International Endurance Village. 

On this occasion, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa congratulated the owners of purebred Arabian horses and the winning studs in the eighth edition of the Championship. He affirmed that this prestigious Championship has become one of the most important events in the Arabian horse sport. 

HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman underscored that the late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Purebred Arabian Horse Beauty Championship has largely contributed towards highlighting the extraordinary characteristics of the purebred Arabian horses, stressing the utmost care and follow-up extended by HH Shaikh Nasser towards this Championship which is honouring the memory of the late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa. 

Moreover, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman praised the enormous efforts exerted by the High Organising Committee of the Championship under the chairmanship of HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, which had a positive impact on the preparation and organisation of this event. 

It's worth noting that HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman and HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid have crowned the owners of the winning horses of top places on the first day of the event.
