
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe signed a number of agreements especially in economic and scientific fields.
The two sides have agreed to cooperate in digital economy, combating tax evasion, sharing experiences in increasing productivity, and cooperation in higher education, information technology among other fields.
The agreements were signed following talks between the two leaders during the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia.
