Candidates for jobs were called in by the Directorate General of Manpower in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate for interviews to fill 14 vacancies at a company.
In an effort to provide opportunities for national job seekers, the DG of Manpower in Wilayat Al Kamil met with candidates interested in employment at Said bin Salem Al Harassi and Co. for Trading and Contracting.
Hamad Al Araimi, Director of the Al Kamil Labor Department,noted, “The department is continuously working to find vacant job positions for job seekers, and recently began conducting interviews for several companies in the Wilayat, and others near it.”
He added that his office is trying to provide positions, in coordination with private sector establishments, for members of the national workforce to replace expatriate labourers.
“We encourage national job seekers to work in the private sector, since it is considered a promising sector and the main employer during the coming months, where an increase of development will be witnessed in different industries,” said Al Araimi
